Airscan support

Postby frozenwaffles » Fri Aug 02, 2013 11:18 am

Hi, so we now own an airscan unit (bought from show technology).
Is there a place to download the manual/software for airscan?

Hi,

You can find the instructions on how to use the AirScan at http://manual.coolux.de/#airscan_tool_setup.htm . This requires a Widget Designer Pro/Ult.

Hi Dennis, thanks for this. Yes I learnt about this in training in January :)

I want to change the IP address of the airscan, do you know if there are any negative side effects of putting it on the 192.168.0.X network (MA2net)???

Hi,

Changing the IP Address is not possible with the AirScan. We can not guarantee that it will work properly when you do.
As far as I know Ma2Net is not dependend on a specific ip address range, right? You could shift your network to the 2.x.x.x range.

Best regards
