Has anyone investigated the possibility of using Syphon as in input to PB?

Hi,
what about a simple DVI capture card?
Edit: from what I understand Syphon is all about sharing frame buffers on one machine...a OSX machine. Pandoras Box runs on Windows only, so there is no possibility to share frame buffers anyway.

My mistake, I understood syphon could be used over TCP/IP
