Phidgets Questions

Two questions about 2 different Phidgets cards.
Firstly the 0/0/4 4way relay card. All works fine but it docent seem to be possible to have more than one of these cards connected at one time
would it be possible to have Phinterface(serialnum123456)_0_0_4_outputclose,0 kind of thing implemented.. Thus allowing more than one relay card to be used.??
Secondly.. phidgets 8/8/8 cards or 0/16/16 cards they have digital outputs. I can't seem to get control of them in code??? am I missing something???
