Serial Touchscreens and the mouse

Hi,

I just had a conversation with Kasper from Dennmark. He has a strange problem with a serial touchscreen as secondary output.
The media player on this computer will not run up in full screen with the touchscreen connected. You need to move the mouse pointer from the touchscreen (secondary output) to the player gui (primary output). Doing this the fullscreen will come up.

We are right now not 100% sure what this is all about. We think that the software of the touchscreen might change the focus of windows applications and so blocks for some reason the player to come up. We are working on this issue, to get a good solution.

The work around for Kasper was to move the mouse with a UDP Signal send from the Widget Designer to Spark. This is programmed at the end of the whole startup script. Maybe Kasper can give us some more details on this case soon.

We never had this case before and we also could not reproduce it using ELO touchscreens with USB connection.

cheers

Patrick
