Pandoras Box User Forum

Hi everybody,

Pandoras Box can read MA Net directly in Version 4.5.
Here are a few things you should know and be aware of:

a) You must be in the same Subnet with Pandoras Box and the GrandMA Console / OnPC(e.g.: 192.168.0.x)
You do not have to be in the 2.x.x.x Range
b) You must have a Session running on the GrandMA Console
c) The Session ID must be the same
d) GrandMA2 is only supported in Version 1 Mode !!! Full GrandMA2 Support will be added in the future.
e) All Layers and Cameras that you want to use must be Patched in Pandoras Box and GrandMA

Pandoras Box uses the same Patching for Artnet and MA Net. The Universe translation is the same as for Artnet.

Subnet 0 ID 0 = Universe A (1)
Subnet 0 ID 1 = Universe B (2)
...
Subnet 0 ID 15 = Universe 16
Subnet 1 ID 0 = Universe 17
...
Subnet 15 ID 15 = Universe 64

f) You have to select the right MA Streaming Version in Pandoras Box Configuration Tab.

The following MA Software Versions have been succesfully tested:

Version 5.827 (UltraLight)
Version 5.920 (OnPC)
Version 6.000 (OnPC)
Version 6.123 (OnPC)
Version 6.124 (OnPC)

Version 5.910 does not Work correctly, please use Version 5.920 if you are on Streaming Version 5.900
