GMAX mesh cut scale issue

Hi,

We have an event in a few days that requires us to cut out a set of stairs from a projected image. See pics attached.

I have recently created a mesh in GMAX and exported it into PB. When I view the mesh in GMAX it fits the camera view and the screen perfectly. Although when I import the mesh into PB the size is out and I have to rescale the image to fit the mesh. This is obviously not ideal as it affects the aspect ratio of our content. I have made sure I clicked the "reset" "transform" button within GMAX before exporting and followed the tutorial. What am I doing wrong? X file is attached.

We are running 1 x PB Media Player Pro V4.6 4417 with media manager
