I'm trying to create a method for a practical use of media control
to apply images, clip and mesh (object) at different layers of my
two players but I can not find a way.
Can you give me some pointers?

Then:
Is possible view in media control clx mesh files ?
I have tryed but the clx folder is not visible in media control

Thanks Alberto

Hi Alberto,

Meshes are not Supported by the media Panel. Only Media!

I use the Media Panel a lot for VJ Applications or if I need to show Images in a Presentation, but I do not know the order because the speaker will decide on the fly which image to show.

An easy setup is 2 Media Panels, Side by Side, Buttons to Change the Folder of each Panel and than a Crossfader on the Bottom.

Thanks Daniel.
One other thing unknown to me.
How do I view all media if the cells are less control of a media file to be displayed?
If there were the scroll bar as in the thumbnail browser

No, there is no scroll bar.
You have to create a Button and change the index of the Media Panel.

If you have 60 files and 30 cells, And your Index is 1 than files 1 thru 30 will be displayed
If you change the index to 31 than cells 31 thru 60 are displayed and so on.

Supposed to be so:)
There is no way of knowing how many files are in an index?

Thanks

Hi Alberto,
you can find how many contents you have in each folder only seeing on project manager. You have to explode folder and you have only to find the last content' s ID.

I would have preferred to do something dynamic, but to do this would at least have a
script that returns the total number of clips or just have a scroll bar on the media control.

Well patience

Thanks all, Alberto
