Dongle conflict?

Hi,

When I want to run Widget designer pro on a PB Manager STD I get a Hasp SRM 0031 error.
Is this a conflict between dongles or is it a driver problem? Sadly enough I can't test anything today...
But then I know where to start on monday...

Dear Katleen,

may it be that you have not updated your WD Dongle to Version5? This is a cost free update and will ensure that you can use all future versions of the Widget Designer Peo.
In the meantime you can always download the legacy version of WD Pro which is shown besides the other download. This is for V4 dongles and offers the exact same WD Pro as the other installation file.

Hi,

I'll give it a try.
It's just strange that I can run the same version of WD on my laptop with the same dongle. It's only on the PB that it doesn't work...
I'll let you know...

Hi!

There is no restriction on having more dongles plugged in, so this is not a generally issue.
Please let us know if this fixes the problem.
