Hi!
I think you are talking about a real network plug for the kinect itself!?
I could only think about recalculating data by a Widget Designer and send these via network everywhere you want.

Or is it just about distance to the Widget computer?
If that is the case look into USB extenders over Cat5... Warning: Many of them are only for use with keyboard/mouse only.
