error H0031

Hi all,
i've updated WD dongle to rev. 4,
when i open the program i've got the error:

"feature not found: (H0031)"

please help

Hi Nicolas,

can you please check if the "HASP License Manager" is started as a Service.
Rightclick on your ComputerSymbole and select "Manage".
Check under Services if that service is running, if not set it to Start Automaticly.

If it is up and running please read out the dongle again and email that file support[at]coolux.de
Maybe something went wrong during the update.
