But how do you use this node?
Why we need a UDP connection?

You use this node with the Pandoras Box Kinect Skeleton Tracker which is currently beta and not released yet as far as I know.

You install the Skeleton Tracker together with the Kinect SDK 1.5
Needs to be installed on a Win 7 System and connects over UDP to the Widget Designer PRO Node.

Do you have a project where you need it?

Hi Daniel,
I should do a little project for a demo.
Using WIN 8 and I installed SDK 1.6
But if Kinect connects via usb as sending data over UTP?
I have to make a program vb / c # that sends Kinect data via utp?

Thank you, Alberto

Hi Alberto,
we have written that Software for you. It is not released yet.
Please send a email to support(at)coolux.de aksing if you can have the PB Kinekt Seketon Tracker Beta for a Demo.
The Software is Beta and might still have a couple of Bugs.
Just write in your email what you need it for and by when.
The office will then decide if the Beta Version will be made available or if you have to wait for the release.

I got the beta version of PB Kinekt Seketon Tracker Beta but does not turn in any way.
I tried it on different machines, but the program will not start.
You could have a screenshot of the program?

Thank you, Alberto

I'm trying to use the node skelton tracker with kinect.
The three values for each joint are values, starting from the first upper value, are x, y and z?
Do you have any example of a project that moves objects in pb?
Just to figure out how to attach an object and move it.

Thank you, Alberto

Hi!

Yes, it is X,Y and Z as it will as well show up in a connected node.
Unfortunately there is no sample project.

Cheers

No one who offers a project that manipulates objects with AirScan or similar just to understand what is it?

Now that I can move the mouse as manage the click?
With the right hand (x, y) and move the mouse with the left hand with the z-axis would activate the click!

Hi Alberto,

you could think about a node called "is in range" to create a click or just simply use the timeout-possibility from the buttons.

Thanks Markus.
But if you want to rotate / move a layer as I can act.
That is what pattern should I follow to snap an object to then be able to move a layer?
I could use some guidance :)

Hi!

Sorry, but I do not fully get what you are trying to do?
If you use the position data of your hand, you can bind a layer to it. Changing that content could be solved by buttons and the command "DeviceSetMedia".

I am not sure if this is what you are talking about.

Markus Sorry for my bad English.
I would like to interact with the contents of a layer, move it, rotate it zoom in, etc. but I can not figure out what to do with kinect.
In WD what should I prepare for a vehicle is running like AirScan?
I'm sorry if I keep on this topic but are days that candle a solution.
Between Italian voting and Kinet I'm just freaking out :)
