Problem with Barco PDS902 and Image Pro II

Hi

I have here a Barco PDS 902 Switcher. I want to control this device with the Widget Designer.

When i connect with Telnet from a laptop on Port 9876 and send the Command PREVIEW -i8 - it works.

In Widget Designer i go to the TCP Connection and add the device . The Status is Connected.

I add a custom script withe the Command TCPSend,1,PREVIEW -i8 <CR>- nothing happens.

When i Disconnect the Device in TCP Connections then the Command runs. ?????

I try this commads.

TCPStart,5
TCPSend,5,PREVIEW -i8 <CR>
WDWait,2
TCPStop,5

and it works, but only with the WDWait Command and only with 2 seconds. With 1 seconds it will not work correct.

The same problem ist with the HD Image Pro II.
With the old HD Image Pro it works with one command.

Anyone a idea what ist the problem here ???

this is what I can tell you about the "old" ImagePro:

Did you try to use square brackets like the old command worked?
TCPSend,1,RTE 1 [CR]

Maybe Barco did change something on the protocol.
Did you deactivate the password within the ImagePro?

Yes i try it. The same problem. I don´t know why .

With the old Image Pro it works .

Hi,

Problem got solved for the Image PRO II.

It requires a LF after the CR

here is a example:

Create Connection in the Connection Manager to IP and Port 10001

TCPSEND,TCP Connection ID,RTE 4[CR LF]

This will change the Input to Input 4 - Displayport

This was tested here on Firmware 2.50.06
