Multiple Airscans or multiple WD's?

Postby BenODwyer » Wed Jun 05, 2013 7:01 pm

Hello all

I want to use 2 airscans in one project.

Can Widget Designer pro work with 2 airscans?

If not can 2 WD's work with the same PB project? One airscan each.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

As far as I know (unless things have changed), you can only use one Airscan per Widget Pro but you can have multiple Widgets controlling one PB master.
See this post for advice viewtopic.php?f=80&t=1567&p=4839&hilit=two+widgets#p4839

One Airscan per Widget, but as many instances of WD you like on one computer.

So 1 dongle + 2 Airscans is ok. But the Airscans must be hooked up to different instances of WD.
Also, you need to make sure your distributor sets the IP of your Airscans to not conflict.

Your hardware obviously needs to be able to handle it.
