web server request

i am sending a request to the web server but i doesnt work?!
i have an int variable next and i send a request to change the variable but it doesnt change ;(

this is the log:
15:51:50/777 | Got new Request: 192.168.16.165:8080:: /?(Next=1)

http://..../?(VValue,Next,1)

The "=" might be causing the trouble, I cant try right now.
