Airscan multitouch ID issue

Hello,

I'm working on a project utilising airscan on a horizontal plane,
I'm finding difficulty with multitouch IDs, I’m not using a multitouch panel but am using multitouch Node inputs.
I am using 2x multi-touch points & am finding issue with airscan IDs switching between each other when 2 people are within the 'zone'
I’ve played with each setting within the airscan (in the tools menu) but still find it to be a little eradicate

The airscan is situated at waste height (roughly 1000mm)
The 'zone' is 8000mm wide (x axis) & 1000m deep (y axis) & located 2500mm from airscan device

Has anyone have suggestions that can assist?

Hi,

did you play around with the safe zone? Multi ID are mainly caused by noise on the side of the active region.
Could you post a screenshot of the airscan menue with connected airscan?
