Signal Change from a Barco HDX Flex 20 with Widget Designer

Postby kilianfabritius2 » Mon May 04, 2015 4:59 pm

Hello Guys,

i want to generate a button which can change the Input from a Barco projector from DVI to SDI. Sounds simpel, it isn't.... :x

To control the shutter of the projektor, or turn the lamp on or off is no problem, but i can't find out the command for changing the signal.

These commands do already work:

TCPSend,Connection ID,[hfe h00 h22 h42 h00 h64 hff] for UNPAUSE
TCPSend,Connection ID,[hfe h00 h23 h42 h00 h65 hff] for Pause
TCPSend,Connection ID,[hfe h00 h00 h03 h02 h76 h1a h01 h96 hff] for Lamp ON
TCPSend,Connection ID,[hfe h00 h00 h03 h02 h76 h1a h00 h95 hff] for Lamp OFF

And these should be the commands for changing the signal, but it doesn't work...
(If you are using different IDs, you have to conform the checksum!)

Input 1 FE 01 8F 88 00 33 01 4C FF
Input 2 FE 01 8F 88 00 33 02 4D FF
Input 3 FE 01 8F 88 00 33 03 4E FF
Input 4 FE 01 8F 88 00 33 04 4F FF

do somebody have a solution or an idea  for that ?

Hello,

Can you provide a manual where this is explained?

Yikes! Lovely protocol there barco. Nothing endears you to a programmer like frivolous mixing of control characters and extended ascii, and varying the length of command packets.

I'd love to see this manual too. Is it written in esperanto?
