Media from RSS feed

I'm working with a RSS feed that has media files (JPG / PNG) attached to some messages. Importing and using the RSS feed works fine, but I can't find a way to add the media that is attached to a message into my project.
This is an example RSS feed that contains media (pictures) I can't get into my project.

Is it possible to get this files/pictures into my project? If so, what is the most common solution'?
