wd error

Sinds a short time I get an Error when opening files in WD rev 2500, even files made with this computer. Even empty files. On a different machine I don't have these problems.
I also tried installing ALL coolux programmes again, nothing did help.
Sometimes I do not see the the nodes in these files. What can I do?
