Windows7 XPmode

Postby macky » Tue Feb 16, 2010 5:33 am

Because it has made a mistake in the written board, it writes again here.

Does Widget designer operate by XPMode of Windows7?

Rev58 operated without trouble when I tried. The problem was not in the connection with PB either.

Next, Rev86 was installed. The import of the file was able to be done, and the novel function operated without trouble.
However, when software is ended, the error is displayed. And, the file cannot be preserved.
The message "An error occured while opening config file." appears when the file is loaded by starting Widget.

Is there a method of solving something?

Hi Macky,

if Rev 58 worked well, also Rev 86 should work on your system. You just have a problem with the file created in an older file version.
If you can´t re-save the file out of Rev. 86, it is not surprising that you can't automatically load the file, because you still need to use the import function.

Could you please send your WD Project file to support[at]coolux.de? We will have a look inside to figure out what´s going wrong.

Best regards,

The file preserved with Rev58 and the file that does the import with Rev86 and preserves it are sent.

My best regards.

Hi Macky,

Some systems require a Microsoft Runtime update, that can be found here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=200b2fd9-ae1a-4a14-984d-389c36f85647&displaylang=en

Please install this, hopefully it fixes the problem.

Best regards,
Julia
