Buttons links for navi bars

We wish to have buttons that are visible on more than one site. We use the Widget Designer with a navi bar with a structure ressembling to a website. So anytime we change our navi bar we have to exchange each single button on each single site. It would be so much easier and timesaving to create buttons that are visible on multiple sites (defined by a custom script, on which sites). By that you would only have to change a single button once and - abracadabra - its links change simultaneously on all the other sites, too.
Propably I'm wrong here... I should rather post this in the Wish-thread...
