Hi everybody,

there are 2 Revisions of the DVI Inputcard.
Revision 1.x and 2.x. You can not tell from the outside which Version is which. Rev 2 now always send a EDID, Rev 1 only if you once had it used inside Pandoras Box.
The new Revision has replaced the old and started shipping with systems build around Jan/2011.
Revision 2.x requires Driver Version 5.04 or newer.

How to connect a DVI-D Source to the DVI Inputcard:

Step 1: Starting the Server Hardware and Pandoras Box Software
Step 2: putting the DVI Input Asset into your Project
Step 3: Connect the DVI Cable to the DVI Input
Step 4: Configure your Source/Laptop
Step 5: Configure the DVI Input
Server Standalone: Configure Button in the GUI in the Inspector of the DVI Input Asset
Client: Configure Button on the Client

The Server will remember the input setting for the next start.

The DVI Input Card analyses the signal when you click configure and assumes that those timings will stay the same, that mean it is not possible to switch from one Laptop (1024x768@60) to another Laptop (1280x720@50) by switching cables without reconfiguring.
