Hi,

Is there any way to launch a powerpoint without needing a capture card?

Thanks in advance

Hi jldpaula,

it is not possible to load a .PPT file direct into Pandoras Box. But you can export your presentation from Power Point as video file and use this in Pandoras Box - using CUEs to jump between your slides.
I hope the above is helpful for you.

Best regards

I often use StreamX to capture PPT without needing a capture card.

The only time I've had issues with it is when there are embedded videos.
In this case, I would export those videos and host them inside of Pandoras Box.

I hope this helps,

It is possible to launch a PPT with PB Spark running on the machine with PPT. Send remote commands from Widget + the timeline.

Does spark work in Windows 10?
I'm also interested in controlling powerpoint on a remote machine (or on the same machine but remote is easier).
Powerpoint is more interesting if someone has to make last minute changes in a slide (which is a disaster if you have a movie or images in the timeline and you are having a stress situation).

Hi all,
I recommend DVI/HDMI live input for a proper solution - just if someone do not know about this solution.
cheers
