I found a solution with .3ds files.
1. Export obj animation from blender
2. batch the obj animation sequence to a .3ds sequence.
i used
http://3doc.i3dconverter.com/ to batch to a .3ds sequence. (there are 2 options. You have to use "3D Studio Binary Mesh (*.3ds)")
3. batch this sequence to a Morph sequence in warper
4. convert the first .3ds file to a Index Object.
5. Import the morph sequence as an Imagesequence in PB
6. Add the Index Object
7. assigne the Morph Image Sequence to layer 1 with opacity 0
8. assigne the Index Oject to layer 2
9. add the Warp Target Effect to layer 2
10. use share layer texture on the warp target FX and chose layer 1
