Which Version of Pandoras Box did you use?
Can you give us a few more details on the the system?

Hmm, just tried it on a clean Windows 10 1909 System and installing Version 6.1 works just fine.

Which exact Version did you try.
Does the dongle Driver install correctly when running the pandoras box installer?
What does your Device Manager say?

Surface Pro 4 I5-6300U

The dongle is still not recognized after installing the HASPUserSetup_7_81 alone

Tried 6.1, still can't

Please check if the sentinal Hasp Services are running.
You can do so by opening a webbrowser at http://127.0.0.1:1947/

if not, please go to your Services and activate those services.
Let me know if that fixes the problem.

Does the Device Manager say it can see the dongles?

There is a dongle in the device list, which is not recognized by the software

Hey Hey,

3 weeks ago i had the same Problem.

Uninstall all Sentinel Software on you PC.
Reboot your PC and try to install Pandoras Box.

One of the reason you can have this Problem is when you use windows recovery.
