Warper add deformation point where you want

Why it is not possible to insert deformation mesh points during the work but only to initially choose how many to have?
Can not enter this function?

This would be great. For instance I had one project where I wanted to greatly move two adjacent pixels and this is not possible, so we had to average. Being able to add points would be amazing.
